The Alpha's rocker is flat throughout the length of the board, its outline is full and round and the bottom has a slight single concave that runs into a vee off the tail. This model can be ridden 6" shorter, 1 1/2" wider and 1/8" thicker than your regular short board. It makes surfing flat, weak, mushy waves very enjoyable.
